Summer Learning Journey - Week 2 - Day 5 - Activity 3

Activity 3: Choose your own
You have now made it to the end of Week 2 and have earned the chance to choose your very own politician or activist who you think has changed the world. There are no right or wrong choices for this activity, so find someone who interests you and tell us about them on your blog. It could be someone from your family, church, community and/or someone famous who you admire.
Here are some starting points in case you get stuck:
William Webb Ellis
William Webb Ellis is the creator of rugby.
William Webb Ellis has made a big impact on many peoples lives because if he didn't create rugby lots of people wouldn't be really famous like Jonah Lomu he is the greatest rugby player of all time A.K.A the G.O.A.T at rugby. If William Webb Ellis didn't create rugby a lot of people would be where they are now.

  1. Did you know Christopher that the Reverend William Webb Ellis was an English Anglican clergyman and the inventor of rugby football while a pupil at Rugby School. According to legend, Webb Ellis picked up the ball and ran with it during a school football match in 1823, thus creating the 'rugby' style of play.
