My Basic Facts Test

Learning Goal : I am testing how quickly I can remember my Basic Facts.

Success criteria I need to remember my Basic Facts because they are the knowledge I need to help me with strategies to solve Maths problems.

Today I have got 32/40 and last week Monday I got 31/40 . I am getting better because I have been concentrating on because I have been practising . The columns I need help on is Percentages , Fractions and decimals and Factor and Multiples .

My typing test

Learning Goal : I am practising my typing so I can be
quicker and more accurate.

Success criteria : This will help me finish my work faster.

My WPM for Monday and Friday are 74 . I am not getting better I am not concentrating on what I am doing and because I have not practised enough .

Room 5 and I had been learning to find out what kind of questions we get in read theory so when we get questions in read theory we copy and paste what kind of question we get from slide 3 .

My Read Theory summarising

Learning Goal

We are learning to show our understanding of the text we are reading by
summarising what we have read in our own words .

done wrong by explaining what we should have done .

Room 5 and I have been practising our summarising so we have read a text on read theory and then we have summarised the text in our own words .

My Silent Reading challenge cards

Room 5 and I have been working on reading challenge cards for our books that we have read for silent reading . The challenge cards that I have chosen is 10 and 44 . I have chosen them both because I think they are very challenging and very fun to do .

My Silent Reading

I have read from page 1-65 and this is what happens .
Weir bought a lot of toilet paper because there was a cheap sale for it so he bought a lot . Weir saw Bella when they were shopping and Bella thought that Weir was buying her a lot of toilet paper for her birthday present . But Weird said that he wasn't buying her a lot of toilet paper she was buying her something else . It was two days from Bella birthday party and their classroom had a trip to the zoo and Weir grandpa was the parent teacher helper . When they got to the zoo they saw monkeys and the monkeys threw two bananas one hit Henry and the other hit Weir and everyone was laughing at them .

because I have concentrated and because I have been practising

my percentages , fractions and decimals . The columns I need

help with is percentages , fractions and decimals and factors

and multiples .

My Eggshell Experiment DLO

Rm5 and I figured out that eggshells were the closet to the enamel of our teeth . So we wanted to know what will happen if we boil eggs and we put them into different liquids for 24 hours .

I made a DLO to show what I predicted that was going to happen to the eggs in the liquids and the result after 24 hours .

My time tables Test
