Wow...your blog has a lot of really good info in it. I like the way you listed all the particular posts of the particular ministers. It looks evenly spaced as well. It could be better but it looks cool.
Maybe you could add more colour in the photo. Also add an introduction and ending to tell more about you and what your blog is about.
