I am a Year 8 student at Saint Pius X School in Auckland, NZ. I am in the Te Wairua Pakiki Learning Space and my teachers are Mr Gaffney, Ms Nees-Kairua and Mrs Tui.
Today is Ash Wednesday and this is what I am doing for lent. Ash Wednesday is the start of lent. Lent was when Jesus went to the desert for 40 days and nights and he was fasting. So for lent I gave up lollies.
